This Policy forms part of your agreement with us. We will handle complaints in accordance with this Policy. Please note the following:
By submitting a complaint, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
This Policy explains how we handle complaints related to:
- The enforcement of our Terms of Service
- Content on Clinkt.me that may be illegal or violate our Terms of Service
- Compliance with applicable laws
This Policy does not apply to:
- Content or account moderation decisions
- Copyright infringement claims
Interpretation
Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, terms used here have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.
Complaints about content moderation decisions:
We moderate content in accordance with our Terms of Service. To challenge a decision related to content removal, account deactivation, or final warnings, you must contact us at [email protected].
How to make a complaint
You may submit a complaint by:
- Using the “Report” feature available on the content page (before or after purchase)
- Emailing us at [email protected]
- Writing to: Clinkt.me SAS, 60 RUE FRANCOIS IER, 75008 PARIS, France.
You must provide sufficient information for us to investigate your complaint, including relevant URLs or identifiers. Incomplete complaints may not be reviewed.
Complaints review process
Upon receiving your complaint, we will:
- Review all relevant information and supporting materials
- Request additional documents if necessary, either from you or relevant third parties
- Evaluate your complaint in good faith and within applicable legal time limits
All complaints will be addressed within 7 business days.
Removal decisions
We reserve the right to suspend or remove content that may breach our Terms of Service.
If the reported content is found to violate our Terms of Service, it will be removed.
We will notify you when the complaint has been reviewed and any action taken.
If we determine that the content complies with our Terms, it will remain in place. You may appeal this decision by contacting [email protected].
Abuse of this complaints process
We do not tolerate abuse of the complaints process. This includes:
- Complaints made in bad faith
- Harassing, abusive, or intentionally harmful complaints
Clinkt users who abuse this process may have their account banned.
EU/EEA Consumer Mediation Services
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to seek resolution of any dispute with us. Use of this platform is optional.
Please note: We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures, except where required by law.
Regulatory complaints under the DSA (EU/EEA)
If you are based in the European Economic Area and believe there has been a violation of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) while using Unlockt.me, you may lodge a complaint with the Digital Services Coordinator of your country.
